Digital Heat Custom Orders

Digital Heat customs order can include: personal artwork, business logos, and other designs you may be interested in. Rhinestone transfer sizes can range from small enough to fit on a mask or the pocket or a T-shirt, and large enough for an adult t-shirt. Just provide us with the design and dimensions and we will go from there. 

All custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in cases in which delivered transfers do not match agreed upon design, due to staff error. Set up fees/deposits are final. 

The estimated turn around time for custom digital heat transfers is 7-10 days business days. Digital Heat custom orders require a minimum purchase quantity of 10 transfers. Custom transfers containing customers personal and copyrighted designs will not be sold or marketed on our site without customers permission.

Once, the final price for your digital heat custom designs is decided, based on dimensions, you will be invoiced per sheet. After payment, your order is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, however, please do not hesitate to reach out with any concerns to see if we can help you at this point. 

What to include in email:
-Image of design. Please send large, transparent background, high resolution images. Poor image quality will result in poor print. PNG & SVG files preferred.
-Dimensions for design. We can accommodate designs up to 11" x 16". If you'd like MULTIPLE custom designs, please send desired dimensions for EACH. 
-Quantity (Must be at least 5).
