Return/Exchange Policy

Defective rhinestone and vinyl transfers, that have been unused, are able to be refunded or exchanged for a store credit equal to their purchase amount within 30 days of delivery. Blingziton reserves the right to request customer provide visual proof of defective transfers before the completion of a refund or exchange. 

Custom orders are non-refundable & non-exchangeable upon final payment of rhinestone design or digital ink artwork. Exceptions are in the case that the delivered transfers do not match the agreed upon design (ex: Wrong color stone used). In such a case, transfers are able to be refunded or exchanged for a store credit equal to their purchase amount within 30 days of delivery. Blingziton reserves the right to request customer returns all products before the completion of a refund or exchange. 

Custom Orders

All custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in cases in which delivered transfers do not match agreed upon design, due to staff error. Set up fees/deposits are final. 

All rhinestone custom orders require a $10 setup fee. There is an estimated turn around time of 7-10 days business days.

All Digital Heat transfers require a $2 setup fee. There is an estimated turn around time of 7 business days.

Often we get designs out sooner, but please plan for the longest turn around time to avoid missing any possible deadline. If in need of a rush order, please note it in your email. We cannot promise that we will meet your rushed deadline, but we will try to accommodate your needs to the best of our ability. A rush order may require an increase in transfer and shipping price. 

Rhinestone custom orders require a minimum purchase of 5 transfers. Digital Heat custom orders require a minimum purchase of 5 transfers. 

Custom transfers containing customers personal and copyrighted designs will not be sold or marketed on our site without customers permission. 



 

Shipment and Delivery

Blingziton currently ships products within the continental United States and its territories. Blingziton does not claim responsibility for any lost packages or lost revenue/profit due to delayed shipment on the part of the shipping carrier. Exceptions are in the case that your package was sent to the wrong address due to staff error. 

Once your package has been shipped, please follow the tracking number sent to your email upon completion of your order on our site. If facing issues with your shipment, please contact the local shipment facility of the carrier used to ship your package. Products

Listed rhinestone, vinyl, and digital heat transfers, are provided with approximate dimensions in the description of the product. All transfers listed on this site are done so with computer generated images meant to best replicate the real product. Still, as they are computer generated, there may be slight differences between the virtual and real product. If any listed transfer is missing dimensions in the description then you are free to call us for clarification.
